Our Challenge
In addition to a need to modernise the Chawkandi Art Gallery brand, its online presence had to serve as a business tool during the pandemic. Faced with lockdowns, the Gallery could not rely on face-to-face interactions and show openings. Our goal was to replicate the immersive magic of a gallery visit in an online format.

A Digital-First Design System

Through interviews with the founder director and analysis of the brand’s archives, we identified visual and positioning directions aligned with the Gallery’s personality and goals. Chawkandi is witness to three decades of Pakistan’s art scene, and we recognised the importance of bringing that knowledge and archival information to the forefront.
